But back in Bangalore, finding that kind of freshness was difficult. When we did find good fish or meat, it was often overpriced, and hygiene at many local stalls left us unsure.

It bothered us as customers and as a family.

That's when we asked ourselves a simple question:
Why should fresh, clean food be so hard to find and so expensive?

While building our solution, we knew that freshness could not be left to chance.
