1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

2. Products

• We sell fresh meat, seafood, and related food products.
• All product images are for representation purposes only.
• Actual products may vary in size, weight, or appearance.
• Final delivered weight may vary slightly due to cleaning, trimming, and processing.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Cash on Delivery may be available in select areas.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

4. Pricing & Availability

• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Pricing errors or product unavailability may result in order cancellation and a refund.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available only in serviceable locations.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the selected delivery time.
• No refund may be issued for failed delivery due to the customer's unavailability or other circumstances beyond our control, particularly for perishable products.

6. Quality & Freshness

• Quality or freshness issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
• Photos or videos may be required to help us assess the issue.
• Refunds or replacements will be evaluated and processed based on the nature of the issue.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled only until the order has been packed.
• Once an order has been packed, it cannot be cancelled because the products are prepared specifically for the order.
• Eligible cancellations made before packing will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds may also be issued in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery failures attributable to Fremeazo.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and payment provider.

8. Use of the Platform

• Users must not engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our data or systems.
• Users must not interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, graphics, and software available on the Platform are owned by Fremeazo or used under license. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
